今天和同事研究了一下,公司里同样的Term Life比外面便宜很多。如果很多公司都有同样的福利,夫妻双方同时丢工作概率很小,那为什么还要自己买Term Life呢?
首先,这个同事进公司6年了,公司给你的价格是按照你进公司的年龄算,只要你不离开公司永远不变的(年龄组不分年龄),而在外面买的价格是按照你现在的年龄算的。你可以很高兴的买这个便宜的保险,但当你45岁换了新公司的话价格就可能非常高了。相反,如果你55岁还是同样的公司,外面的term life到期了,你可以买公司保险,绝对超值!
除此之外找到这个答案觉得挺有道理:
如果你得了重病,修完disability leave后只能不工作在家,所有的福利最后都没有了,那时候你身体不好肯定买不起任何人寿保险,那时候你翘翘了就没有任何保险了!!!

初步结论: 如果觉得自己主动换公司概率不大,可以夫妻双方都给自己买1/4,给对方买1/4 ,外面term买1/4,外面whole life买1/4。要不然的话还是趁早在外面锁住便宜的保险金。
