我家去年买了一个vitamix,就是一个400大洋的blender。除了做smoothie,还没怎么开发。初衷是孩子们蔬菜吃得太少,难得吃多点,就有拉肚子的危险。可能是他们嚼不烂,消化功能也一般。所以想用自制蔬菜水果汁的方式来让他们多摄取一些蔬菜里富含的维生素和抗氧化剂。
把搜集的recipe贴在这里给大家分享:
Green Juice
- 3 green apples
- 1/2 banana
- 2 kiwis
- 1.5lbs raw spinach
- 1.5 mango
- Water for desired juicyness
Red Juice
- 1/2 cups of sour red cherries
- 3 lbs of red watermelon
- 1 peach
- 2 cups of red or green grapes
Purple Juice
- 1.5 cups of blueberries
- 1.5 cups of raspberries
- 1.5 cups of blackberries
- 5 lbs of watermelon
- 1 cup of red tart cherries
