标 题: Diet of Abundance减肥就是要越吃越多!

经常潜水的,发一下最近感想吧

肥胖的人胖在身体缺乏营养,每天把calory budget都投入到糖啊,精细碳水这种


energy dense但是nutrition deficient的东西上。

更别提吃点油炸-transfat, 红肉类-胆固醇,更是增加了身体排毒的负担

身体的状况就是一直缺乏vitamins, minerals, fiber,omega-3, omega-6,raw food

中的酵素,益生菌等等,就给身体信号,营养缺失,要快点囤积点fat哦



反过来,如果每天都吃得健康--

我现在喜欢whole food, plant-based diet(有本idiot's guide)

或者那本you are what you eat书里说的diet of abundance

不用灰常灰常费力做运动,

但是吃得非常非常好--organic leafy greens (参见green for life那本书;蔬菜首推

kale评分100,吃kale等于吃维生素片啦), roast or raw garlic, green juice or

smoothie, organic fruits of all colors(包括organic no sulfur raisins, 枸杞子

goji berries), good fats(avocado, olive oil, chia seeds, flax seeds

organic raw almonds, organic raw pumpkin seeds),

non-gmo soy protein,

sea vegetables

nutritional yeast,

brown/wild rice, quinoa, beans,

调料部的cinnamon, oregano, tumeric, mint,etc.

还要rotate食物,三四天不重复, everything homemade,能少process就少process,比

如花椰菜,西兰花,芦笋,brussel sprouts, mushrooms就烤箱350度15分钟上桌-

体重自然就下去了,肌肉自然在增长,线条就出来啦!



lose weight只不过是自己健康生活的一个副产品罢了,

还有皮肤啊,自信啊,sex life啊,跟小孩子们玩的活力啊,生活的乐趣啊,you name

it
